WhatsApp automation for Saudi businesses
Your customers already message you on WhatsApp. The problem is what happens at 11pm, during Jumu’ah, or when twenty messages arrive at once. We automate the predictable part — in Arabic and English — and hand the rest to a human cleanly.
What it handles
Instant first reply
Nobody waits. The first response goes out immediately with the answers to whatever people always ask — hours, location, price range, availability.
Booking and reminders
Take the booking in the chat, then send the reminder before the appointment. No-shows are usually the cheapest revenue you will ever recover.
Arabic and English
Flows written in both, replying in whichever the customer used. Answering an Arabic message in English loses the customer.
Clean human handover
When the question is real, it goes to you with the history attached — not into a menu loop that makes the customer repeat themselves.
What we will not build
We do not build bulk message blasters, and we will tell you why rather than quietly take the job.
Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law requires prior consent before sending marketing messages. WhatsApp’s own commerce and business policies separately prohibit unsolicited bulk messaging, and enforcement usually means the number is banned — including the number your existing customers already use to reach you. A blaster does not just risk a fine; it risks the channel your business runs on. We build consent capture and instant opt-out handling instead.
Questions we get asked
Is this the WhatsApp Business app or the API?
Both are options. The free Business app covers simple away messages and quick replies. The Business Platform (API) is needed for real automation, multiple agents on one number, and integration with your booking system or CRM. We recommend based on your message volume, not on what is easiest to sell.
Can it reply in Arabic?
Yes, and it should. We write the flows in Arabic and English and detect which the customer used. Replying in English to an Arabic message is one of the fastest ways to lose a Saudi customer.
Can I send marketing messages to a list of numbers?
Only to people who have given consent. Saudi Arabia’s PDPL requires prior consent for marketing messages, and WhatsApp’s own policies prohibit unsolicited bulk messaging and will ban the number. We build consent capture and opt-out handling into the flow. We will not build a bulk blaster.
What happens when the automation cannot answer?
It hands over to a human cleanly, with the conversation history intact, rather than looping the customer through a menu. Knowing when to stop automating is most of the design work.
Will I lose my existing WhatsApp number?
Moving a number onto the Business Platform is possible but it is a one-way migration with real consequences, including losing the app on your phone for that number. We walk through the trade-off before touching anything.
What are you answering ten times a day?
Tell us on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth automating.
