Northlane Tech ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using northlane.tech or contacting us, you agree to the practices described here.

- Contact information you give us voluntarily (name, business name, WhatsApp number, email) when you reach out for a quote or strategy call.
- Project information you share with us so we can scope your work (industry, requirements, files, screenshots).
- Usage data on our website (visited pages, device type, approximate location, referrer) collected via standard analytics.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To deliver the services you've engaged us for.
- To send service-related updates (delivery, invoices, support).
- To improve the website and our offerings (aggregated, anonymous analytics).
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers strictly required to deliver the work you've asked for (e.g., hosting, payment processors, ZATCA-integration vendors).
3. WhatsApp messages
When you message us via WhatsApp, those messages are stored on your device and ours, and on Meta's servers per WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We use them only to communicate with you about your project or enquiry.
4. Data retention
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for legitimate business records (typically 24 months). Project data is kept for the active engagement plus 36 months thereafter, unless you request earlier deletion. Saudi tax law requires we retain invoice records for at least 6 years.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Show you what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Stop sending you marketing communications.
